The Eleve is a modern 4-bedroom villa thoughtfully spread across multiple levels, offering comfortable living spaces, private outdoor areas, and entertainment facilities for families and groups.
~~ Ground Floor – Living, Dining & Bedroom 1 ~~
As you enter the main premises, you will find dedicated parking space for 2 SUVs.
Upon entering the villa, Bedroom 1, an ensuite bedroom, is located on the right-hand side. The ground floor also features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with basic kitchen appliances, crockery, serving ware, and cookware.
The staircase and lift are conveniently located on the left-hand side, providing access to the upper floors.
The ground floor also houses the main living and dining areas. The dining area features an 8-seater dining table. The living room offers comfortable sofa and chair seating for approximately 8-10 adults.
For your comfort and convenience, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It also opens directly onto the backyard garden and swimming pool, creating an easy connection between indoor relaxation and outdoor leisure.
~~ First Floor – Bedrooms 2 & 3 ~~
The first floor features two additional ensuite bedrooms.
With one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all four bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
~~ Second Floor – Bedroom 4 & Entertainment Room ~~
The second floor features 1 bedroom & entertainment room.
The entertainment room features a pool table, chess, carrom, and a selection of board games, offering enjoyable indoor activities for guests of different age groups. Comfortable seating for approximately 6-10 people makes it an ideal place to spend time together, enjoy friendly competitions, or unwind indoors.

The terrace features a six-seater jacuzzi overlooking panoramic mountain views, creating a relaxing setting to soak, socialise, and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
The in-villa lift provides convenient access up to the terrace, making movement between floors easier.

Welcome! We’re delighted to host you. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain our property in top condition, please go through the following house rules:
Check-In & Check-Out:
– Check-in: After 1:00 PM
– Check-out: By 11:00 AM
(Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & additional charges)
General Rules:
– No smoking inside the villa. (Outdoor smoking zones are provided)
– No loud music outdoors post 10:00 PM (as per local regulations)
– Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
– Pets allowed only in pet-friendly villas with prior notice
Cleanliness & Usage:
– Please help us keep the villa clean.
– Any damages/breakages will be chargeable.
– Do not move furniture from its place.
Swimming Pool:
– Pool timing: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
– No diving or running near the pool.
– Guests must use proper swimwear.
– Children must be supervised by adults at all times
Noise & Behaviour:
– This is a private holiday home, not a party venue.
– Respect neighbours and staff on-site.
– Any disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction without refund.
Kitchen & Food:
– Cooking is allowed in some villa kitchen (Kitchen usage charges will be applied).
– Basic utensils, crockery & appliances are provided.
– Kindly avoid using strong-smelling ingredients indoors.
Utilities & Safety:
– Turn off ACs, lights & geysers when not in use.
– Keep all doors & windows closed when AC is on.
– Do not tamper with electrical panels or pool equipment.
Extra Charges:
– Additional guests beyond booking count.
– Pool heating, jacuzzi, outdoor screening (where applicable)
– Late check-outs / early check-ins without prior approval
– A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
This amount will be returned in full during check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violation of house rules.
This home is lovingly maintained. Please treat it like your own.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our updated cancellation terms:
Free Cancellation – (Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in):
– 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
Credit Note Issued – (Cancellation made 2 to 6 days before check-in):
– 100% amount will be issued as a credit note, valid for 3 months from the original check-in date.
– The credit note can be used for any future booking at Aaramghar Stays (subject to availability & rate difference, if any).
No Refund / No Credit – (Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows):
– No refund or credit note will be issued.
Date Change Policy:
– One-time date change allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.
– Subject to availability and applicable tariff changes.
Additional Notes:
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
– Credit notes are non-transferable and can only be used by the original guest.
– For bookings via third-party platforms, their respective cancellation policies will apply.
– In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, rescheduling will be offered as a priority option.
