Welcome to a beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa that blends comfort, elegance, and entertainment — perfect for your next getaway with family or friends.
As you enter through the main gate, you’re greeted by spacious parking for up to 3 SUVs, offering easy and secure access to the villa. The parking area directly connects to the main entrance, which opens into a spacious and tastefully decorated living room. This space features seating for 6, a 55-inch Smart TV, JBL portable speaker, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring entertainment and comfort at every turn.
An open kitchen adjoins the living area, fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and serving. An 8-seater dining table makes mealtimes a shared and enjoyable experience.
Large glass windows in the living room open out to a pool deck that leads to a generously sized swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. For added fun, an 8-ball pool table is set up beside the pool — ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
From the ground floor, a short 4-step incline takes you to the first bedroom, with a common washroom conveniently located right next to it.
Climbing 18 steps, you’ll reach the first floor, which houses two en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort.
Another 18 steps up brings you to the fourth en-suite bedroom on the second floor, which opens out to a spacious open terrace offering panoramic mountain views — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, play a few games, or simply soak in the views, this villa offers the ideal setting for a memorable stay.
Kitchen & Dining
– Guests have access to a fully operational kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery — perfect for those who enjoy cooking during their stay.
– An 10-seater dining table is available for comfortable group meals.
– Outside food is welcome, and several local restaurants deliver directly to the villa for added convenience.
– Guests can also opt for our in-house meal plan, which includes lunch, hi-tea, dinner, and breakfast at ₹1,500 per adult per night and ₹1,000 per child (ages 5–10) per night.
– BBQ service is available at ₹3,000, which includes the full BBQ setup and a professional helper to assist throughout.

Welcome! We’re delighted to host you. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain our property in top condition, please go through the following house rules:
Check-In & Check-Out:
– Check-in: After 1:00 PM
– Check-out: By 11:00 AM
(Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & additional charges)
General Rules:
– No smoking inside the villa. (Outdoor smoking zones are provided)
– No loud music outdoors post 10:00 PM (as per local regulations)
– Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
– Pets allowed only in pet-friendly villas with prior notice
Cleanliness & Usage:
– Please help us keep the villa clean.
– Any damages/breakages will be chargeable.
– Do not move furniture from its place.
Swimming Pool:
– Pool timing: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
– No diving or running near the pool.
– Guests must use proper swimwear.
– Children must be supervised by adults at all times
Noise & Behaviour:
– This is a private holiday home, not a party venue.
– Respect neighbours and staff on-site.
– Any disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction without refund.
Kitchen & Food:
– Cooking is allowed in some villa kitchen (Kitchen usage charges will be applied).
– Basic utensils, crockery & appliances are provided.
– Kindly avoid using strong-smelling ingredients indoors.
Utilities & Safety:
– Turn off ACs, lights & geysers when not in use.
– Keep all doors & windows closed when AC is on.
– Do not tamper with electrical panels or pool equipment.
Extra Charges:
– Additional guests beyond booking count.
– Pool heating, jacuzzi, outdoor screening (where applicable)
– Late check-outs / early check-ins without prior approval
– A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
This amount will be returned in full during check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violation of house rules.
This home is lovingly maintained. Please treat it like your own.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our updated cancellation terms:
Free Cancellation – (Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in):
– 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
Credit Note Issued – (Cancellation made 2 to 6 days before check-in):
– 100% amount will be issued as a credit note, valid for 3 months from the original check-in date.
– The credit note can be used for any future booking at Aaramghar Stays (subject to availability & rate difference, if any).
No Refund / No Credit – (Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows):
– No refund or credit note will be issued.
Date Change Policy:
– One-time date change allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.
– Subject to availability and applicable tariff changes.
Additional Notes:
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
– Credit notes are non-transferable and can only be used by the original guest.
– For bookings via third-party platforms, their respective cancellation policies will apply.
– In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, rescheduling will be offered as a priority option.
