The place is fully loaded with a strong infrastructure that supports it. The quality of electricity, Wi-Fi, water and air-conditioning are of the highest order, as is the arrangements of security. The villa’s bedrooms and living spaces are air-conditioned to ensure your utmost comfort. Expansive glass panels throughout the house provide stunning alfresco views, allowing natural light and fresh air to infuse the space. Each of the three serene bedrooms features a private balcony, offering a personal zen retreat. The Spanish-tiled bathrooms come equipped with hot and cold running water and thoughtfully selected amenities for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, cooking hob, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to feel at home away from home.
Enjoy exclusive access to the private pool during your stay, along with an outdoor poolside lounge that offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with seating and loungers set amidst nature. The beautifully landscaped outdoors serves as a haven for birds, butterflies, squirrels, and other wildlife, enhancing your connection with the natural surroundings.

Welcome! We’re delighted to host you. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain our property in top condition, please go through the following house rules:
Check-In & Check-Out:
– Check-in: After 3:00 PM
– Check-out: By 11:00 AM
(Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & additional charges
Cleanliness & Usage:
– Please help us keep the villa clean.
– Any damages/breakages will be chargeable.
– The entire villa cleaning is done every day an linen changed every alternate day.
General Rules:
– No smoking inside the villa. (Outdoor smoking zones are provided)
– No loud music outdoors post 10:00 PM (as per local regulations)
– Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
– Pets allowed only in pet-friendly villas with prior notice
– Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
Kitchen & Food:
– Cooking is allowed in some villa kitchen (Kitchen usage charges will be applied).
– Basic utensils, crockery & appliances are provided.
– Kindly avoid using strong-smelling ingredients indoors.
Utilities & Safety:
– Turn off ACs, lights & geysers when not in use.
– Keep all doors & windows closed when AC is on.
– Do not tamper with electrical panels or pool equipment
Extra Charges:
– Additional guests beyond booking count.
– Late check-outs / early check-ins without prior approval
– A refundable security deposit of Rs.10,000/- will be collected at the time of check-in.
This amount will be returned in full during check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violation of house rules.
This home is lovingly maintained. Please treat it like your own.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our updated cancellation terms:
Free Cancellation – (Cancellation made 21 days or more before check-in):
– 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
No Refund / No Credit – (Cancellation within 21 days of check-in or no-shows):
– No refund or credit note will be issued.
Additional Notes:
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
– In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, no refund will be offered.
